When shopping at our online store for Groceries, Households, and Pooja items, it is important to carefully review our terms and conditions. By placing an order for Click & Collect or accessing our website, you agree to abide by these terms.

Prayag Online Grocery Store aims to ensure full accessibility of their website to users at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may cause brief outages. The store reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, disable codes or passwords, edit content, or cancel orders at any time.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential to prevent unauthorized access to their account. Any activity under the user's account is their responsibility, and the company will not be liable for any failures in this regard.

•  Placement and acceptance of orders

Orders can be placed through the website or mobile app. Modifications to an order can be made online until it is processed by checkout, after which they cannot be changed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion until it is dispatched. An email confirmation will be sent upon successful placement of an order. The contract for supply is agreed upon at the point of order dispatch.

•  Payment 

1. All the payment transactions are processed by a secure payment service provider (PayPal). If you request an order by telephone, your payment details will be entered directly into our website for processing. Your card details will not be recorded as part of our call monitoring, nor will they be written down. Prayag Online Grocery Store does not store your written card details.
2. Payment for items will be held by the bank and charged when the order is dispatched. Availability is subject to change. All the Orders will be shipped within three days of payment receipt.

•  Delivery

Delivery will now be within 2 WORKING days. We will continue to improve the timescales.

What is the FREE delivery Condition?
We provide FREE Delivery service on a minimum purchase of £35 and more.

What is the minimum purchase required?
The minimum order required is £15.
Note: For purchases under £35, a delivery charge must be applied.

1. Orders will be processed and dispatched promptly but may face a delay if fraudulent activity is suspected. Full orders will be dispatched once all items are available. In case of a delay on a specific item, you will be contacted for preferences. Please ensure the accuracy of your order before use.
2. If there are delays with your delivery, we will notify you by email. You can either choose to wait for availability or receive a full refund. (It could be because of factors outside of our control, such as the manufacturer.)
3. Please ensure that you enter your full and accurate postal address and select it for each order. Prayag Online Grocery Store is not liable for any missing items caused by an incorrect, old, or inaccurate address.

• Prices

Prices for Weighted products will be finalized during picking according to the actual weights. For such items, the price per each shown on the website is indicative to match the indicative/approximate weight displayed. The final price may be higher / lower and depends on the weight of the product picked.

•  Returns and Refunds 

If an order is received damaged, it is necessary to contact Customer Service by email or WhatsApp within one day of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. The company may request photographs of the damage before processing a claim.

•  Communication

Customers will be contacted via email and WhatsApp for order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and marketing purposes. Customers have the option to choose their preferences during subscriptions and can unsubscribe using the provided feature.
